One of the most important parts of our business is our customer's
ability to rely on us for a wide variety of pre sales and after sales
services.
Zodiac's mission of providing solutions for those who work on the
water includes assisting in the right choice of craft as well as
offering innovative procurement options.
Zodiac has the means to be able to offer trade-ins for customers
existing craft, whatever the brand, thus saving customers funds and
providing a convenient means of being able to maximize budgets.
Zodiac has also various leasing options to offer their customers,
which also can be a more convenient way to procure equipment.
Most of Zodiac's products and services are available to qualified US
customers on the GSA contract.
Some customers outside the US may benefit from US Foreign Military
Sales Programs or other funding programs such as Export credits or
Development Funding. It is worthwhile to contact your Zodiac
representative to find out if you qualify.
Our order processes are designed to make life as easy as possible for
our customers and maximizing efficiency. We have invested heavily in
electronic systems to minimize delays and lead times.
When a craft is delivered to a customer, this signals the start of an
after sales service program that we believe is essential to the
correct performance and logistical support of that craft during its
life cycle. We provide complete documentation and if required, full
provisioning.
Product familiarization, operator training, repairs and maintenance
training are all services Zodiac can provide on request and tailored
to your needs.
Our global Zodiac network plus a team of highly skilled specialists
are at your disposal in most parts of the world to assist you are
supporting your craft.
Our service life enhancement programs (SLEP) and trade in programs can
also help you get more out of your Zodiac than any other similar
product.
Our ISO accredited quality assurance programs in our factories
guarantee that our engineering groups record every design, material
and process in our products so that you are ensured of trace ability
and compatibility should you require a duplicate or replacement
product.
